Facet Blocks
Facet blocks are targeted injections used to help identify and relieve pain coming from the small joints at the back of the spine. Medication is placed near the affected facet joints to calm irritation and reduce discomfort. This treatment may be used for spinal arthritis, neck pain, back pain, and pain linked to joint inflammation.

Dorsal Medial Branch Blocks
Dorsal medial branch blocks are used to treat pain that may be coming from the facet joints. The injection targets the small medial branch nerves that carry pain signals from these joints. By temporarily blocking these signals, the procedure can help confirm the source of pain and provide relief in the neck, middle back, or lower back.
Nerve Root Blocks
Nerve root blocks are designed to reduce pain caused by an irritated or compressed spinal nerve. Medication is placed close to the affected nerve root to help decrease inflammation and discomfort. This may be useful for symptoms such as radiating leg pain, arm pain, sciatica, numbness, tingling, or pain caused by a disc problem.
Pulsed Radiofrequency Rhizotomy
Pulsed radiofrequency rhizotomy is a minimally invasive pain treatment that uses controlled energy to influence irritated nerves and reduce pain signals. It is often considered when pain is linked to the facet joints in the neck or lower back. The aim is to provide longer lasting pain control while avoiding major surgery.
Radio Frequency Ablation
Radio Frequency Ablation is a targeted treatment used to reduce pain signals from specific nerves. Controlled heat energy is applied to the affected nerve area to interrupt pain communication. This procedure may be used for ongoing neck, back, or joint related pain and can offer longer lasting relief for suitable patients.
Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation
Dorsal root ganglion stimulation is an advanced treatment option for certain types of chronic nerve pain. A small implanted device sends gentle electrical impulses to specific nerve structures involved in pain signalling. This can help manage pain in focused areas of the body when other treatments have not provided enough relief.
Spinal Cord Stimulators
Spinal cord stimulation is used to help manage certain types of chronic nerve pain. A small device is implanted to send mild electrical impulses to the spinal cord, helping to change the way pain signals are processed. This treatment may be considered when pain continues despite other treatment options and may help improve comfort, movement, and quality of life.
Caudal Epidural Injections
Caudal epidural injections deliver medication into the lower part of the epidural space near the base of the spine. This treatment is often used for lower back pain, leg pain, nerve irritation, or pain following spinal conditions. The goal is to reduce inflammation around the nerves and improve comfort and mobility.
Joint Injections
Joint injections place anti inflammatory medication directly into a painful or inflamed joint. They may be used to help manage conditions such as osteoarthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, or joint related pain. These injections can help reduce inflammation, ease discomfort, and support improved movement.
Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block
A sphenopalatine ganglion block is a targeted treatment used for certain types of headaches and facial pain. It focuses on a group of nerves linked to pain pathways in the head and face. By calming these nerves, the procedure may help reduce pain intensity and improve daily comfort.
Pain Pumps
Pain pumps are used to help manage severe chronic pain by delivering medication directly to the area around the spinal cord. This allows smaller doses of medication to be used in a targeted way, helping to reduce pain and improve comfort when other treatments have not provided enough relief.
